Refund Policy

At McCluand Business Improvment, we strive to provide high-quality courses and an excellent learning experience. We understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and you may need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided for our courses.

1. General Refund Policy

1.1 Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds will be provided if a request is made within 30 days of purchase.

  • Refund requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds are only available for the first course purchased. Subsequent courses purchased are non-refundable.

1.2 How to Request a Refund To request a refund, please contact our support team at Jake@mccluand.com with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Email address used to purchase the course

  • Order number

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Subject line “Refund Request”

1.3 Processing Time Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your request. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

2. Course-Specific Refund Policies

2.1 Live Courses

  • Refunds for live courses will only be granted if the request is made at least 1 day before the start date of the course.

  • No refunds will be provided for live courses if the request is made within 1 day of the start date or after the course has commenced.

2.2 Self-Paced Courses

  • Refunds for self-paced courses will only be provided if less than 50% of the course content has been accessed.

  • Once more than 51% of the course content has been accessed, no refund will be granted.

2.3 Bundle Purchases

  • If you purchased a bundle of courses at a discounted rate, refunds will only be provided for the entire bundle and not for individual courses within the bundle.

  • The refund request must be made within 30 days of purchase and before accessing more than 50% of any course within the bundle.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Digital downloads, including eBooks, templates, and other resources

  • Personalised services, such as one-on-one coaching sessions

  • Courses that have been significantly discounted or purchased during a special promotion

4. Cancellation of Courses

In the event that McCluand Business Improvement cancels a course, you will be entitled to a full refund, regardless of the percentage of course content accessed or the time elapsed since purchase. We will notify you of the cancellation and process your refund within 14 business days.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of our courses after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Refund Policy.
